For the Owner,
We offer great service because we care..... If you have a property that you want to lease and you do not live in the area, or do not want the hassle of overseeing, we will manage the property for you. We will see that your property is ready for a tenant, obtain a lease with a tenant, manage repairs, collect rents and forward to you each month a statement of your income less expenses. Annually we will provide you with a Form 1099 for the filing of your income tax.
For the Tenant,
We will work hard to find you a home because we care.... We will work with you to view our properties that are within your budget. You will have a written lease and will be provided a Residential Lease Inventory and Condition Form to let us know the condition of the property at the time of your occupancy. All safety issues are given priority. We will be your contact for repairs and each request will be given consideration.
